M-III Enigneering

M-III Engineering, PLLC is a Civil/Site Development company located in North Carolina's Wake County. Project experience for M-III consists of a mixed-use development valued at over $180 million and projects as small as the re-design of parking lots. While M-III is experienced in all aspects of site development from the master planning to the construction phase of projects, one strength of M-III lies in sustainable design with regards to water resources. The president of M-III has three civil engineering degrees including a Masters degree with a concentration in Water Resources. He is also currently pursuing his PhD on a part-time basis with a focus on urban stormwater treatment.
