      M-III Engineering was first found on the principal that our company's success will be measured from the viewpoint from each of our clients.  We know that once a project is successfully designed and permitted through the local reviewing agency, our clients feel that the project was a success by the path taken to receive final approval.  The experience of M-III's leadership team will help guide every project through the correct path to project completion and provide a quick turn-around and the attention that every project requires to be successful.

      We also fully understand that each development project is as unique as the owner's vision.  M-III brings to the table the ability to turn an owner's vision into reality by providing a map to success by producing a high quality design, by value-engineering the project, and avoiding the potential pitfalls of every project.

     M-III Engineering strongly believes that the latest technology and engineering design methods will save the owner money not only with the quality of design and quicker turn-around, but also provide a better end-product due to the latest proven design and by protecting the environment.  This culture of M-III begins with the President of the company, Mr. Jose F. Martinez III, and his goal of staying at the cutting edge of the engineering and development fields.  Mr. Martinez currently holds three (3) engineering degrees and is currently pursuing his PhD in engineering.  Mr. Martinez is also a LEED Accredited Professional and a Certified Professional in Storm Water Quality (CPSWQ).

      In addition to the President's education and certifications, the leadership of M-III has experience in development with single projects of over $180 million in construction value where primary engineering and senior project management responsibilities were controlled by our staff.  We are experienced in all phases of land development from the initial schematic planning to final design and construction.
