      M-III Engineering, PLLC is a full-service surveying company which has extensive experience with surveying projects ranging from state to municipal to private clients.  Mr. Randy D. Mason, Principal responsible for Land Surveying Services, brings to M-III over 20 years of experience in Land Surveying.

     Our leadership and staff have worked extensively in central North Carolina on such high-profile projects as Prestonwood and Wakefield Plantation.  In addition to having experience with large subdivisions, we have partnered with developers on commercial sites, apartment projects, county school sites in addition to NCDOT projects.  M-III's staff has been integral to the success of a large assortment of projects by delivering boundary surveys, topographic surveys, project mapping, and/or construction stakeout in time and on/under budget.  We are experienced in providing 3D modeling services for contractors that utilize the latest construction equipment which can greatly reduce the cost of developing projects for the owners.

     M-III Engineering strongly believes that the latest technology and equipment will save the owner money not only with the quality of work performed but also with a quicker turn-around.  This culture of M-III stems from the leadership of the company and the surveying department in particular.  M-III's surveying staff uses state of the art survey equipment and survey software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, GPS, Robotic and Conventional total stations, Trimble Geomatic Office, Path Finder Office, and TDS data collector software.

     We are aware that the best/latest equipment available can only be as productive as the knowledge of the operator running the equipment.  In response to this simple fact, M-III keeps all personnel trained on the latest software and equipment.  M-III additionally has experience in training surveying field and office personnel outside of the company in the latest surveying equipment and software.
