M-III Engineering has started working with General Contractors and the Aviation Community to provide the same high quality development projects with the same quick turn-around as provided to our other markets. M-III has the additional benefit of being able to help satisfy our client's Federal and State set-aside requirements. M-III is a certified Small Disadvantaged Business through North Carolina, Virginia, and Federal departments which help satisfy any of the mandated requirements due to Federal/State financing sources.
recent representative Project
Aviation Station, RDU, NC is a
multi-site commercial development project that has its jurisdiction under the control
of the RDU Airport Authority. The RDU Airport Authority is the
governmental body responsible for the development, operation and
maintenance of the airport. Aviation Station is currently
home to a Sheetz gas station with a Burger King currently under
construction and the development also has plans for a casual dining restaurant.
M-III is under contract to perform the construction staking for the
development including demolition and new layout of site and curb
& gutter. Scope also included topographic surveys before
construction commenced.
