M-III Engineering has cultivated partnerships with municipal and
state employees and various General Contractors to help deliver projects
and negotiate scopes of work between entities. M-III also has the
benefit of having the President work on the "other side of the table" as
a Town Engineer. This experience gives M-III a unique perspective
to help Municipalities what they want while still being able to look
after the client's interest. M-III's extensive experience
with land surveying for municipalities and NCDOT position the company to
ensure a successful project. M-III also has the benefit
of being able to help satisfy our client's set-aside requirements.

recent representative Projects
Third Fork Greenway Trail, Durham, NC
consists of a 3.9 mile, 10'-wide bicycle and walking trail
designed to connect and beautify existing portions of the Durham
Greenway system. M-III was contracted to stake construction
limits/entrances and tree protection/silt fences. M-III
provided grading stakes for the asphalt & concrete trails and
staked the abutments for the 22 wooden boardwalks.
Associated stormwater utilities and signs were also staked and
the required as-built drawings were surveyed and mapped per the
projects specifications.
Apex Peakway Extension, Apex, NC
constructed as a requirement to serve the new Broadstone Mixed-Use
Development. M-III was contracted to provide the clearing
limits, construction staking and as-built drawings for the
project.
Louisburg Sanitary Sewer Outfall is a
3+ mile sanitary sewer outfall servicing portions of Franklin
County, NC. M-III was contracted to flag the
clearing limits/silt fence, stake with grades and offsets for
103 new manholes, and provide required as-built surveys for the
project after construction completion.
