Providence Place, Morrisville, NC
developed by K. Hovnanian Homes, is a twelve-phase, country-style 178-acre residential community featuring
widening roadways, new sidewalks, and walking trails to serve
more than 500 homes. M-III has been contracted to perform
utility layout, including stormwater BMPs and conveyance
systems, construction layout of sites, Easement and Subdivision
Platting and As-Built drawings.
Parkside Town Commons, Cary, NC
developed and owned by KITE Realty Group, is a 125-acre, ~$180
million mixed-use development that will have over 1.4 million sf
of gross building area and be divided among Residential,
Retail and Office Space. Staff members of M-III formerly
worked on PTC through various roles including Mr. Martinez
serving as Senior Project
Management for the Civil/Site Design which included Site
Layout, Grading & Erosion Control, Utility and Roadway Extensions as well as
Mr. Yarbrough serving as Sr. Project Management for
Land Surveying which included Topographic Surveys, Recombination
and Easement Plat production and overlooked the field crews for
construction staking.
Page Road Business Park Mixed-Use, Durham, NC
is a 50-acre, Mixed-Use development including two office
buildings, offering 90,000-sf of commercial space, 284
apartments, 58 townhomes, and a 10-acre tract assigned to
accommodate future retail services to support the community.
